Dean Kevin Ziegler of Ziegler Chiropractic was charged and plead guilty to Fraud making him a felon.  The state had doubts if he would learn his lesson.  And I am witness to the fact that he cannot.  He was going to jail for Fraud and wanted me to commit more fraud for him.  He had patients from an insurance UMR that he wasn’t getting paid for.  He wanted notes created for them and taught me how to fudge them by changing pain and intensity scales in a bell curved fashion. This can only be to extend treatment where treatment wasn’t needed.  Although he billed for exams for these patients, he didn’t have a completed exam to back it up  Thats more fraud.
